YOU FOUND ME FIRST

YOU FOUND ME FIRST - LYRICS

Verse 1
Lost, I was wandering,
Without a light or way.
Your grace, it found me,
And led me to Your way.

Pre-Chorus
First, You loved me,
Before I loved You.
First, You called me,
Before I knew.

Chorus
Chosen, I was by You,
Before I chose Your name.
Found, I was by You,
When I could not see.
From death, You raised me,
And never will You let me go.
In Your hands, You keep me,
Forever Yours I'll be.

Verse 2
My fear, You conquered,
My shame, You washed away.
My tears, You gathered,
And changed my heart that day.

Bridge
When I fall, You lift me.
When I cry, You stay.
Your hand, it holds me,
Your love won't fade away.

Final Chorus
Chosen, I was by You,
Before I chose You.
Found, I was by You,
Before I ever knew.
Lost, I was wandering,
But found, I was by You.
Yours, I was forever,
Before I knew I loved You.

Outro
I didn't find You first...
You found me.

I didn't choose You first...
You chose me.

[ Repeat again - Final Chorus ]

Chosen, I was by You,
Before I chose You.
Found, I was by You,
Before I ever knew.
Lost, I was wandering,
But found, I was by You.
Yours, I was forever,
Before I knew I loved You.

Outro
I didn't find You first...
You found me.

I didn't choose You first...
You chose me.
